Food for a typical work day?

Hola Peeps,

Could you please tell me what a typical workday looks like for you, in terms of food intake?  From breakfast to bedtime, please... and thank you!

I did what I ate today double o,

B-protien coffee
S-coffee(i like coffe at least 3 cups a day)
L- Rolled lunch meat with cheese slice and mustard to dip
S-Yogurt added 1/2 scoop of protien powder
D-steamed shrimp and peas
S-SF popscicle

Breakfast:  Oatmeal, bacon, blueberries
Snack :  cheese stick, sf jello,  blueberries
Lunch:  Fish, asparagus, tomatoes
Snack:  sf chocolate pudding,
Dinner:  Chicken breast, with zucchini or left over asparagus
Snack: edamame, sf jello, strawberries

I take snacks to school that are very portable.  I always have some kind of protein with me, freeze dried edamame, protein preztels, something.  

I also always have some kind of fruit with me as well,  when I eat anything carb I balance it out with something protein as well.

This is a typical day for me:

Early AM - Protein Decaf Coffee
Breafast - 2 Turkey Links, HB Egg
Lunch - Soup or Salad
Dinner -A meat and a veggie.

Snacks consist of protein shakes, cashews, protein pudding, fruit, wheat crackers...stuff like that.

Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.

I always keep a supply of oatmeal or cream of wheat, cheese, deli meat, yogurt, protein powder for coffee and nutrigrain bars(not good). I tended to eat chili and refried beans and cheese for lunch the first few months.

b-egg,half english muffin ot bagel turkey sausage and slice of cheese
s-cittage cheese and grapes
l-tuna and crackers 1/2 yogurt aple
s-kashi bar, pb & crackers,peanuts
d-protein veggie and carb
evening snack dessert is dependent on if I got all my protein in. If I did I'll do something like fruit, cool whip and SF chocolate syrup with 100 calorie twinkie if I didn't then its a Kashi bar, b& crackers, or PB&J and crackers
