Yea this week's music sucks. Puzzy control? LMAO For W and F I'm just gonna use my own music and look at the times on the treadmill. It's a pretty basic routine, run 5 walk 3. I wrote down the schedule and did it according to the website and not her music. I'll just use this notecard for the rest of the week.

It actually wasn't that bad. I skipped the last week 3 workout and just went into week 4. My booty still was hurting a lil bit but I made sure I wore big drawls so I wouldn't have any wedgies.....that would not be a good look.

Hey Shani

Glad to see your still hanging in there.  Can you believe how vulgar those songs were,  I don't usually care if there is cussing and stuff in songs but it was bad. 

I am going to stick to what I thought the workout was because it's longer and since I did it once I sure don't want to be doing any shorter workout cause they are to short anyway.  

Girl I know what you mean by getting "darws scrubbage"  I had that happen once because those dam underwear bunched up to the left and man did it scrub.  I would pull them down but they would creep right back up.  Now I wear big underwear to run in.

I just noticed I jotted down the first week 5 workout and that's what I did Monday. Well might as well do it all week. I'll download the 1st week 5 music and hopefully it's better.

i start week 3 workout 1 on Wednesday...what's all this about the kitten? lol  I'm still using the boring dude's podcast, but If I'm too lazy to download new music what makes me think I can run LOL   Oh well, did I read you are also doing spin classes ...I gave up my other gym stuff until I get through this.   You are my idol!!!  Love, G

LOL well I haven't been in a week since my uhm...butt issues lol. That seat is not kind to a burnin azz! Today I would have usually went but I went home from work a half day so I wasn't near the gym, but this Thursday and Sat I will be there. I actually like the spin classes especially a couple of the instructors that have really good music. Let me know how you do on week 3. I was a lil worried about the 3 min run at first. It's not so bad. I'm ready for this to be over so I can switch my focus to strength training. Well hopefully by the time it's over I would have beat Kerry. I don;t want any stinkin muscles getting in the way of my scale results LMAO

The hip hop podcast for week 4 was terrible lol. Everything was puzzy this and big booty hoes that! She musta been in heat when she made it up!

Before c25k, i was strength training 30 minutes 3x a week and cardio 45 minutes 5x week....Tom advised to give atleast the leg muscle a break during the c25k, so I haven't been to the gym. I actually like being outside more.   I'm not sure if it is my lenten fast from candy or the new workouts or my  new potassium supplement (******g all the time :P) but the scale is moving down again. 

I just checked out the hip hop link  and like the tunes so i downloaded her week 3....ok, i'll keep ya posted.

My knees have been killing.  When I bend and extend them I hear snap crackle and pop like I'm an 8o yr old with arthiritis.  I'm gonna try the program again once I get more weight off.

Michelle  I have been hearing that snap for the past 5 days ago and it is scary.  I keep it on ice during the day and heat during the night to keep the swelling down.   But that snap is freaking loud and Becca is threatening now that if I don't get it checked I need to stop running.   So I will have it checked to make sure I didn't tear that ligament again.

When I'm on the tread mill it doesn't hurt so bad, although at first it does feel like it might give out.  It hurts mucch more hours after my workout.  I think I might need to give it a rest on the running until I get off about another 50 lbs.

Get that knee of yours checked out, hopefully it's not permanently damaged.
