Surgery Date Monday
You've given it over to God so now let Him do what only He can...He didn't bring you this far to leave you now!...Go to the park or far a walk and take in all of God's beauty and as you look up to the heavens, know that you're a part of that...God is good; all the time!!
Keeping you in my prayers!

Hey thurr sleeve sistah 2 .
Everyone else gave you good advice, I just want to say congratulations. The sleeve is awesome. I am 2 weeks out and will be back to normal as soon as these staples are pulled on Tuesday.
Are you having open or laparascopic? I had open and the healing process wasn't bad at all so if you are having lap it should be even better. You will be in my prayers.

Yes Ma'am God is Good! and you are gonna pull through just fine. Im ready for my surgery 3/17/09 My mama asked me to think about how God has allowed me to take control and take a big leap towards a healthier lifestyle.
So many people are fortunate to have the insurance and the monies to afford this tool, however there are so many people out there that are obese, morbidly obese that are confined to their homes, and basically on their deathbeds. So many have lost limbs from diabetes, strokes from high blood pressure, a normal quality of life..........
Some folks want this surgery so bad and cannot get it. WE ARE the FORTUNATE ONES!!
You gonna be fine, my friend.
Dont forget to keep that binder on, when you with your man...lmao
