I'm throwing down-T today for dinner. Baked chicken breasts, mac n cheese, collards and cabbage mixed, candied sweet potatoes, regular sweet potatoes, roasted some veggies with olive oil and assorted spices *zucchini, squash, red, and orange peppers, mushrooms and onions* and dinner rolls. Plus mom made gumbo last week and we are still eating on that big azz pot of deliciousness!!!! I'm thinking about making some red velvet cupcakes for dessert but I'm feeling mighty lazy right about now. I need a nap,
it's been raining all freakin' weekend and that makes me wanna curl up in my bed with a nice glass of wine.

How are you doing ma? Today I basically chilled out all day today, I plan to make some pork chops, mashed potatoes and corn. I'm thinking of oven fried pork chops with Andy's chicken breading. My new boyfriend is over today and he wants me to deep fry them - and i'm like is u craaaaazy lol lol -
I am not frying anything especially pork chops - thats what got me to 300 plus lbs in the first place - fried foods. Anyways enjoy your Sunday mama, and hit me back when you get a chance.

We missed church so we headed to Red Lobster instead. I got a grilled chickne BLT sandwich which I have eaten off of all day. I cooked tacos last night and no one else ate it but me so guess what? leftovers for dinner...I'm going to cook some italian turkey sausuage for saghetti's tomorrow so we'll be going back and forth between those two things all week until they are all eaten up.
Afternoon people. I boiled some unsalted chicken and potatoes for this week. I know what you're thinking but wait... I divide it up and make sauces for them. I have some Thai yellow curry paste that I mix with coconut milk to make yellow curry chicken & potatoes. The other half will be Indian tikka masala sauce made with milk. I also have some Mexican drunkin' (barrachos) beans (no meat) made with can of beer cooking for the week.
For tonight I made my version of shrimp ettoufee, with left over rice if I want and cabbage salad (not coleslaw but similar). Grape juice mixed with a little ginger ale, my version of wine.
For dessert I have some cold watermelon & pineapple sticks.
