Couch to 5K . WEEK 3 COMPLETE.

Morning Yall
We made it through week 3. Man we are almost a month in and it feels like we just started. Time flies when your trying to get skinny for a big trip. lol.
My run today was pretty good, I ran int the house and will continue to do so until my knee is better. I made an obstacle course in my house. I put in one hallway something that I either had to walk around or jump over, nothing big just a picture box. In the dining room area I put a chair that I need to swivel around and when I get near the obstacles I run faster from anticipation.
I ran really fast on the 3 minute ones but I gotta tell yall i'm really nerveous about next week. I don't know how long the run portion will be and that makes me nerveous. But how ever long it is I will do it and I won't stop unless my knee totally collapse.
I am so siked that I did three weeks of this. I feel really good today about it. Tomorrow is the day I have to wear the bathroom jeans all day I am hoping they won't be to to tight.
I am done for the day, beside my sit ups and later workout. But my run is done, IS YOURS??

Ok, so I didn't finish typing my mom's paper until 12:30 last night(this morning) so I did my run today. Those darn 3 minute runs were a struggle, but everytime I wanted to get off I INCREASED the speed. Next week has 5 minute and 3 minute runs!!! I'm ready, but nervous!! See you next week runners!!!!
