Hey Naomi...very much so! But, I'm telling you - everytime I hear the still, small voice telling me to 'sit down...take it easy..." and I don't...I have a "SIT CHO ARSE DOWN" moment, and voila...A fractured ankle! LOL!

The good thing is...I'm free this weekend...so, I'll sit down - all day tomorrow - and enjoy the time...and then truly praise and glorify God's Holy Name on Sunday...such a good thing, indeed!
