Protein Train Day 5 - Anybody still riding?

I'm still on board! 

Right now - Protein coffee

After workout - Protein shake

First meal - Turkey burger

Second meal - Baked fish

Third meal - Baked fish and salad

Before bed - Protein hot chocolate

I am still on board, out of sync due to being back to traveling with my job.  I did pack protein bullets so I am having one now and ordered a fruit for breakfast.  We will see how the rest of the day goes but baked fish is always a winner when eating out.

I am still on board and want to say thank you, thank you, thank you! My weight was not moving at all and I was exercising twice a day and watching my food intake. I had only lost 2 lbs one week and no pounds the second week. Only 4 days(started tuesday) on the PT I have gone down 3 lbs. and feeling good. This is my first time riding the train in all the time I have been here.

getting ready to cook-2 turkey sausages

before workout at gym- protein drink

lunch- deli turkey and a slice of moz. cheese

snack- 9 skins and maybe string cheese(if needed)

dinner- grill steak or turkey filet mignon, with baby spinach salad

I have fallen off this train everyday this week...That is alright with me because I can say that I made the effort each day.  Now I have decided that making this effort has to be improving my ability to do this thing full swing. 
It is very hard right now for me to stay focus with me current issues but I am trying to keep it at the forefront of my mind.
having the incentive of a "New Man" makes it a little more interesting.
I will start a new today and  Hopefully next week I will be consistent enough.
I am still blowing it in the evening.  I may need some type of help.
I am working on that and trying to pay attention to what is going on.

turkey deli meat for lunch
