Update on my Ankle

awww MsD. I'm sorry about your ruined trip and for the news about your ankle but on the bright side you'll probably be able to now get some much needed REST! and think that you could have possibly done even more damage had this not been detected now.  Do what the Dr says and take it easy.

Do you remember the episode of the cosby show when Claire had on that beautiful gown and her foot was all wrapped up that made me think of you...still a diva...even in a soft cast!

Yes, child! I did buy my wine and did have a nice glass before I retired!

Tell me why one of my buddies asked me this morning - are you going to decorate that shoe!?  Know what...I'm going to find me some Swarovski crystals for this bad boy...and put them on there for the weekend!

Hi DD. I wasn't on the board yesterday. I'm sorry about your fractured ankle. Take care of yourself.  Now are you getting your 1500 mgs. of calcium citrate  everyday and when was the last time that you had a bone density test?  Sorry to question a veteran but it comes from a place of love.

Well...those are very legitimate questions!  As for the calcium, yes, I've lacked in taking it...but I did have a bone density done last year and it was fine...will have another later.

I'll party for you. On a serious note, I'm glad they found out what was wrong with your ankle. I had some plum wine last night and thought about you. My sister is in a cast right now. She broke her ankle in 3 places. She has a plate and screws. The heffa wears a 14 and slipped on the last piece of ice in NW Indiana going to a Weigh****cher's meeting.
