Double Oh I am a post stealer...
I don't mind at all! ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/thumbsup.gif)
Personally, at almost 3 months out, I take the following everyday:
2 prenatal multivitamins (1 in the AM, 1 at night)
4 Citrical Petites (2 in the AM, 2 at night)
1 B-12 tablet 1000mg
1 iron 325mg ferrous sulfate
1 Vit C 500 mg
1 stool softener ('cause iron likes to bind a sistah up!)
Immediately after surgery, for the first month, I took instead of the prenatals:
2 childrens chewables complete (some off brand 'cause I'm frugal)
1 B-1 tablet
1 folic acid
And instead of the Citrical, I took 4 calcium chews.
My labs have all come back great!

My Bariactric clinic used to have Flintstone's chewables on their vitamin list but removed them after a series of studies and looking at long term results. When I went for my pre-op visit to the nutritionist Flintstones were still on the print out and the NUT had us cross it out. Children's vitamins are not enough for an adult. Patients were having problems with B vitamin deficiencies if they relied on the children's vitamin.
