Question -  can u sue the surgeon for that?  I know sometimes you just say screw it but if you get your 5Gs then you'll be 5Gs closer to your revision.

Here's the problem with suing ole boy (best believe i thought about it):

1  - the estimate he gave me didn't clearly outline the panni from insurance along with my $$ for the full TT
2 - the contract with UHC says he can't have me pay more for a procedure they cover, but he flubbed the submission of the claim and is wearing me down and OUT on the recovery of it
3 - he's a plain AZZ and quite frankly it's so time consuming for me to keep on him and following up - I just flat out gave up.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Mack when I was searching for my doc I searched th internet and became a googling "HO". I would read all reviews if any on the surgeon and STILL ask questions and asked for pictures when I got to his office. I swear if I won the lotto I would pay for him to  travel to anywhere in the world "ON ME". My TT is a year old now however my surgeon required follow-up visits every three months up until a year, just because.
