Pure Protein shake by Worldwide Sport has them in Banana crm; Strawberry; Vanilla crm and cookies crm. They are pretty good and I can buy them at certain deli's (not in the hood). and at The vitamin shoppe you can get them single or by the case. They are as tasty as protein gets and they have 35 grams or protein and about 170 cals. per can.
You really have to watch the calories in the pre bottled ones because they will say something like 26 grms of protein per bottle but in the nutritional value chart it will be broken down by 2 servings with 100+ cals per serving.
I tried isopure in a bottle and poured the whole thing out. yuck!

I'm scared to try lots of em. I sooooo cheap. All the ones that were suggested to me had too many carbs in it. Let me know if you find a good one.

Hugga this looks pretty dayum good. All the other ones I looked at that had high protien had at least 15-20 carbs in it. I will try a single of each flavor next time I go to da Shoppe! Thanks Girl.
