Protein Train riders...day 4! Still with me?????

Good Morning Riders!

How's it going?  I'm still chugging along...LOL
I got brave this morning and hoped on the scale  ****drumroll please**** and I'm down a big whopping 3 lbs!  It's only been 4 days so I am pretty happy.  That was just enough to keep me motivated to continue this ride.

I can't believe that carb monster hasn't overcome me yet!  Cookie was soooo right, this does get easier after day 3.

Here's what I'm having today:

early morning - green tea

b- scrambled cheese egg and bacon

l- hamburger patty with a few grilled onions

d- turkey meatloaf

snack - protein bullet

L-Baked fish & collards

D-don't know yet

S-cheese cubes & deli turkey

Water, Vitamins, and treadmill!

I'm still riding and feeling mightly good about it.

After workout - Protein shake

Lunch - The rest of my Subway salad

Dinner - Turkey and cheese roll ups.

Before bed - Protein hot chocolate

I haven't felt this good about my journey since 2005.  Praise God!!

I'm trying to get this waterdown:
B- turkey-chesse-egg omelete-water-vitamins-iron-asprin-calcium-b12

L-fresh fish nuggets-collards- water

D-baked chicken leg-collards-water

Snack- melted cubed turkey chunks-cheese-water

I'm forcusing on water because if I start drinking the teas Iand it is good I will not do the water.

Hey Ms. Kim:

Can anyone get on the Protein Train anytime? How long is the train running? And that's under 20 carbs per day, right.
