How much can you eat?

This may have been asked before but I am curious.  How much can you eat??  This question is to those that are 6 months out and up.

I am 2 years out and I can still only eat 4 oz of food per meal.  I can only eat a half a sandwich (my mom is 4 years out and she can eat a whole sandwich and I look at her like she's crazy).

Hmm- 3.5 years out

And it depends on the day and the item.

I can do half a sammich if I make it - if it's Jason's deli or something - half is about it.

Sometimes I can get a small bowl of chili in - sometimes only half

Last night I ate a chicken breast - and that was hard - I left about 1/4 of it on the plate - but for lunch right now I am HONGRAY so I have some stir fry on order and will eat the chicken and onions and spinach outta there.....

I can't really peg how much - but I tell you THIS - I know how much before I start eating - I haven't made the overeat and puke mistake in a VERY long time........

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I know what you mean about the overeat and puke method!!  I can't stand my pouch sometimes; but she will tell me when to stop or the next bite I eat I will be hugging the toilet.  I mean it really doesn't matter what I eat I can take two or three bites and I am full; it's a little nerve wrecking but I chose this route for myself.

I can eat a LOT of junk food,  and m&m's I can gobble a freaking super bag, but when it comes to eating dinner I can't eat as much.   My pouch loves sugar and carbs.

If I stop when I'm supposed to...

about 3/4 cup of food  about 2-3 oz meat and about 2 bites of whatever I'm having as a side.  I don't really fool with sammiches

7 1/2 years out and I can eat TOO DAYUM MUCH!!!!!

Seriously, it just depends on what it is and how Ms. Pouch feels at the time.  I ate 4 chicken wing drummettes yesterday for lunch and was stuffed then tried to eat them again for dinner and could only get 2 down.

I would think almost a cup of soft stuff (I had 1/2 cup of tuna and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese yesterday. However, if I'm doing somethign a  little more solid (like chicken breast) I can eat about 3 oz's of that and an oz of my sides.

I have begun to eat too damn much to almost about puke because my greedy ass is not paying attention to portions. If its on my plate I'm going to try to fini**** which is why I HATE eating and I don't make my own plate.

I am 10 months out and I am like your mom, I can eat a whole sandwich.  I have always been able to eat more than others.  That really scares me.  I have only lost 66lbs and can't seem to lose anymore than that.  Maybe I need to really kick in the exercise.  Any suggestions?

It varies for me...sometimes i can really get down (In my mind I get down, hubby still says i eat like a bird).

Days like today..I don't even want to eat but I forced my self to eat a whole apple and I'm good for the moment.

I can never consume alot when I'm eating meats, it's just too heavy for my pouch.

Good Afternoon,

I am about 2 years out and I can eat very little in the mornings usually about 3 or 4 ounces if that and that is usually pushing it.  I can not finish a yogurt cup.

But now that I think about it all my meals are this way.  When I take my time that is.  But, greedy folks like me end up in pain or dumping at least tow or three times a week during dinner.
