How does it deviate?  I thought it was right on track but I was so in pain I may have missed it.

The runs for this week are supposed to be 90 second jog, 90 second walk, 3 minute jog, 3 minute walk and repeat. 

She has a 90 second jog before that las 3 minute run that shouldn't be there.  The 3 minute jog/walks should be back to back.  Does that make sense?

Well I am glad the 3 min jogs are not back to back.  I need that 90 second one in there between them, so i'm cool with it.  I don't like the workout being shorter because the run is longer.

I just looked at the coolrunnigs site. I think her workout was correct. It says two reps or 90/90, then 3/3. So the 3 minutes wouldn't be back to back
