Thanks Shani!  Can you believe I'm about to leave for the gym NOW!!! LOL I planned to go outside but got distracted....I'm kind of hard headed too maybe that's why I like you soo :) 
I'm on week 2 session1 and I'm listening to Robert Ullrey's podcast...I guess he is boring guy LOL He's does have a crazy voice.   So, there is a girl too?   Anyone have a link to her stuff?  Ok, off to the gym before I fall asleep....this should be interesting.

Welcome to the couch to 5 K group.  I post on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.   I check in to make sure everyone did their run and we just encourage each other to keep going

Look at Shani Star Jones saying it's easy.  YOU GO SKINNY GIRL. 
 
If you want a challenge get of that dam treadmill and do it in a park, that **** is hard on the hard ass ground and I am going to have to do it at home until my knee is better, if not I may damage my knee to much cause this is the same knee I tore my ligament in.

Hell to da naw! I prob have about 30 more pounds before I even think about hittin the concrete. My knees still crack when I walk down steps. They don;t hurt much but I wouldn't want to mess up in the middle of this.

I post on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.   You check in and let us know how your run went and we encourage each other to keep going.  

It's a great way to keep you motivated.  Can't wait for your post on Friday.   Right now we are on Week 3  run 3 is on Friday.

Had a great day at the gym and in life.  I got accepted to grad school and I ran and I completed it.  I was alot better with the right pod cast.  Feeling good and looking good. See ya friday

Hey fellow Couch to 5kers!!!  I completed my run for the day.  It was a little bit of a struggle, but I made it.  Is it just me or does the podcast deviate from the program a little??  Anyway...see you all on Friday!
