I have discovered that running outside is so much more difficult than doing it inside, not to mention running outside is so much harder on your knees.  I hated my run this morning in the park. I made it to the second from the last run and could not continue.  So I came home and did the whole thing over with less pain and less torture.  I may start just doing it in the house on days my knee is really sore.

It is just so weird how the first run of a new week is a breeze but the second one is hard.  That has been consistant since I started this program.

I am glad today's run is over.  Did You guys go yours???

Gotta hit the gym tonight, padna - two more workouts left in Phase I - then gotta study this weekend to get ready for Phase II - I'm ready to move on tho - I am bored with Phase I.

Keep up the running!  that is one thing I have NEVER done - too much jiggling for me - no matter how much shapewear and whatnot I put on!  LMAO

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I'm ready to go for this evening!!!  But why am I already nervous in anticipation of the weeks to come??  I really just need to take it one day at a time.  I know for next week the podcast doesn't have vocal cues.  I wonder if I can make my podcast? I wouldn't even know how to start.

She said they are timed out, but I really need the voice prompts.  I am nerveous about the up coming longer runs also.  You need to download the boring guy podcasts for next week.  If we can get past next week we can do it.

I don't think I could stay on the treadmill the whole time listening to the boring guy.  I guess I just have to go with not having the voice prompts.

Question:  I started the first week yesterday.  Did okay with it.  But it seemed at the end she said that you are to do week 1 3 times a week for but then she said something about 9 consecutive days which I didnt understand.  So is week 1 really 1 week or do you take 1 1/2 weeks for week 1?

Hi April

I am so happy you started.  You do week one only 3 days a week and that is it then you move on to week two and do that 3 days a week and so on, and on, and on.    You never run consecutive days cause it will be to hard on your body.

How was your first run April??

I am very proud of you

Good thats what I thought I figured I should just double check just in case!  The run was bad I was able to do the full thing.  It was funny when i am was almost finished I remember thinking dang Lee did this like 50 times in a day.  I was good with just one time...lol!

I will never do these things at home AGAIN. I don't know why I do it...at the gym I just work so much harder. Plus I'm nosey and I be looking all around at everybody. This second session of week 3 was EASY like Sunday morning! Whole thing done in its entirety. Coulda done more but I was on my lunchbreak and had to bounce anyway.

But I don't even wanna look at week 4's routine. I did download this other guy's podcast and ole girl I'll listen to them both and see what I can deal with. Yo on this weeks podcast...when she hits the one song I think it's Pump It or something like that.....yo I'm hyped as shyt! .

I invited one of my DS friends to come chime in on our posts. She's on week 2. So if you see Jorjandu...that's my people's LOL
