Don't really have a plan. I have joined a gym (upgrade from simple water aerobics and power walking). I work out 4 days a weeks and walk a mile a day on my breaks at work. I drink plenty of fluids and get in plenty of protein soooo...idk what else to do except be patient.
I have been stalling since September, maybe longer. The scale keeps going between 170-173 (I have yet to break into the 160's) But during this time I have gone from a size 14 to a solid size 10 and some very tight 8's.
