One of the most asked questions that I've seen on this board and the main board is about hair loss. Well here is the answer to your question. There is no definitive answer to this question. Sorry.  Some of us lose a lot of hair, some lose a little bit of hair and some don't lose any at all. There is no rhyme or reason to who will lose and who won't lose. While Biotin is a wonderful supplement it won't prevent hair loss but help with the re-growth. Most nutritionists and surgeons agree that the best solution is getting your protein and that is soooo true. Getting enough protein will help keep your locs and also getting protein treatments will strengthen your hair. So get to drinking those protein shakes or getting your protein through food and take biotin for the re-growth.

I miss my hair!!!!!!  It's so thin on the top - you can see what I'm thinking!!!!!!

LOL - ok - it's not quite THAT bad - but that's how I FEEL it looks!!!!

I am going to try biotin - I just took these braids out and I am NOT a happy camper........ I know this post is for newbies - but you helped ME out today!!!!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Girl these posts are for whoever needs them. I mix some special essential oils together for my hair and it helps to thicken it up and grow. I had the Halle Berry cut a few years ago and decided to grow it out and my little "hair crack" mixture helped me. lol You can also try Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins also, they are very good.
