Please HELP!!!!
I haven't read any of the previous replys yet but I'm sure that most of them say the same thing, "go back to the basics"! Do what you did when you first had the surgery. I'm 7 1/2 years out from my WLS and I still have to "go back to the basics" and get my head together to loose and maintain my weight. I'm currently riding the Protein Train and although I haven't weighed myself yet, my pants are feeling looser.

I have had a lot of personal issues going on and I started to stress eat.
I did this too and regained some weight when I was about 2 years out. I gained about TWICE as much as you did, so don't feel bad about it. What the others have said about going back to basics is true. It really works. Those pounds will be off before you know it.
