OT - DANGEROUS TALKING POINTS

OK once again I  understand  freedom of speech  as I am a teacher of constitutional law but when a person advocates the overthrow  of the us government this is called treason its not about changing the channel  or loving President Obama its about  creating a dangerous atmosphere which  some of  these ignorant yahoo take to heart due to the fact that some of these low information  listeners cannot distinguish between entertainment  and  fact and this is what  is dangerous and uncalled for   and I am sure if these types of threats were used  against George Bush or Ronald Reagan   people would not be  as laxed in attitude about it. and I dont think  death threats  against the president make life intereting  at all.

* No Treason; one has to have to apparent present ability to DO the thing:
* No Conspiracy; No PLAN, No Agreement, not even Implied.

As a Practitioner of the law, every element of a crime has to be proven...and the first element is an ACT. If no act, then move to conspiracy, gotta have a Plan and an Agreement between the actors...
This is NOT a "Monarchy", we can "advocate" the overthrow of the Government as a First Amendment Right...(Isn't that what the Panthers did, isn't that what these western Militias do).

Sorry, I'm a little lost, school me on your point.

It means  when  ever things happen to black folks we are too quick to put our head in the sand or take up for  for the people who are oppressing us,  contrary to what was said you cannot  make a threat to the president of the United states  and this is not the time to just let it go or just let them keep yappin, when Malcolm was killed  minister Farrakhan was not the one who pulled the trigger but  he said he was responsible for  creating the atmosphere, too many of feel that we have arrived because  we have a black president  so we out to over look allot of things   but the election of one black man for 4-8 years can never  erase the 400 years of hell that we had to endure but the sad part is  whenever this is brought up  the ones who fight us the most   are the people who have the same hue is us who  are quick to run interference for the ones who are responsible, I complete agree with the brother  that we should be aware and awake to whats going on, as the old saying goes there are three types of people in this world , ones who make things happen, ones who  watch things happen and ones who wonder what happened?
