GOT REGRETS
My only regret is adding sweets back into my diet although I still eat it in moderation I got the "taste" back in my mouth where I initally could go into a store and not want it now I gotta at least get as much as my pouch will allow.
I wish I would have really strength trained in the beginning and maybe I wouldn't be so "jiggly" now.
I wish I would have known how AMAZING this last year would ahve been
I don't regret that I did it when i did because I think emotionally I have handled it a lot better than I would hav eif I would have done it even 2 years earlier. I did it exactly when I was suppose to lol

No regrets at all !!
I only wished "my sleeve" was available when I was 18 !!
I then would had not been consumed and obsessed with food, losing and regaining weight the last 32 years !!

I can honestly say i have no regrets, but then I'm just 1 year out. My 1st year I did everything by the book.
Let's revisit this question a year from now. Hopefully my answer will remian the same.

Nope....wls has been good for me.......well ok I do miss certain foods like ice cream and pasta and eating sweet with out dumping..... oh wait..... those are the kind of foods that got me heavy in the first place so I better go sit myself down some where and be grateful for wls lol
I have a question: Do you also omit the desserts that are made w/o sugar? I asking because there are desserts that are made with Sugar Free alcohols and they taste great, but I noticed that when I eat them they make me want more...and those things are loaded with carbs and calories. You think I better forget all of that "dessert stuff". What do you eat that is sweetish, fruit, maybe with whipped cream?
I really want to know what foods/drinks I should end my relationship with up front and not tease myself with all of the "sugar" substitutes. Thanks
