My only regret is that I waited years to have WLS, once I went to the seminar I had it done 1 1/2 months later.

I regret:

1. Not fighting the insurance at my old job...shoot, I should have had this done years ago.

2. Telling certain family members and friends. Now those mofos like to watch you eat and get bent out of shape because you eat so little.

3. Not attending the DC M&G.....aaaarrrggghhhhh

My biggest regret is not having wls sooner.

Without struggle, there is no progress.

I agree with puddin....I wish I would have done it sooner and saved myself some heartache with yoyo dieting....also, wish I would have exercise more in the beginning. Other than that.....I'm living my life like it's golden!

I regret losing track of my " vision "

I was sooooo strong in the beginning of my journey.

I followed everything to the T......then I got comfy and started slacking with the exercise, then the foods and let my emotions get the best of me in every situation.

I would have been much farther along in this process.  So If I had to say one thing.......its dont forget what  you are doing this for.  Its not about a size or getting  into a certain suit,  or even catching the attention of a certain lady.

Its about  getting to the best  possible you that  YOU can be.

" Get your head right Man  "

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

I have to agree with Kim B.  All the way.....  The alcohol thing I kind of have under control..  But NOT taking advantage of the HONEYMOON phase is at the top.

And testing the waters?  OMG!  I have done it so long, its habit now.  BUT it's NOT too late to get the rest of this weight off and I am NOT giving up...
I Won't Complain!  I've had good days, I've had bad days.  All of my good days out weigh my bad days, I WON'T COMPLAIN.....  Kimberleece
