Hey Trina--I read Shani's post about not exercising last week...and GIRLLLLLLLLL!!! You scared the HELL out of me...But it was at the right time...I am on a mission I have to get rid of this last 40 lbs to get at Dr.'s goal weight ...even though he said I should have it off by August 2009 I need to get BUSY!!!   I am admiting that I am lazy as heck...However after that lashing you gave Shanii & Mz Royalty...I took heed and acted like it was all for me...I am flexing in work this afternoon so I am about to check out on demand and make it "Happin Capin"...I already dont post enough...and the thought of coming in in another year or two or even compling about how I AM NOT WORKING MY TOOL...

So with that all said I got to go cuz' I got work to DO!!!

Hello my beautiful --GIRL you know...cuz I tell you how LAZY I am...ok i just finished...doing about 15 minutes of Cardio Dance...and I am sweating like a MOFO...I don't think I have sweated in almost 17 months...will do more tonight...maybe not ...LOL...but I DID move it today...I feel GOOD about it too...just got to work on the consistency... OH yeah Kim ...good louck on that Protein Train...we got this GIRL!!!

DAYUM!!!!!!!!!! LMAO For real for real I've been doing good!

Since we "talked" LOL

Sat- spin class
Sun- step tape (I know its a DVD but I still call everything a tape)
Mon- couch to 5K week 3
Tue- yea today! Spin class DONE!!

So the schedule to get my endurance together and be a runner is...drum roll...

M-Couch to 5K
Tu- Spin class
W- Couch to 5K
Th- Spin class
F- Couch to 5K
S- whatever cardio
S-rest

Once I'm done training to be a runner I will add weight lifting on M, W, F. Everything that I've read said you can either train to be a runner OR train to get bigger muscles......can't do both at the same time. So for now I'm getting my 5K ON!!!!!

Now lets see what Vonda's been up to??????

I have been working out and I'm getting ready to break out of here and go this morning...


So much has been going on in my life... GOOD and BAD... HOWEVER... I'm like Diddy... CAN"T NOBODY HOLD ME DOWN...

Trina, thank you so much for checking in on us... YOU make a sista wanna WORKOUT!!!  By the way... My YEAR post-op is FRIDAY.. March 6...
