Legal Weed
Well this is a tough topic, for sure. I mean it's legal when it's used for treatment, but it's illegal to use it at home watching P-Funk videos.
Or adult swim. You'd have to be high to watch half the **** that they show on there.
I don't think it will ever become legal because it will take too many regulations. Like where would you buy it? Walgreens?
Tobacco shops probably. Liquor stores would definitely carry it. Hell, CVS and Rite Aid in this area already sell Phillies and White Owls. Go figure.
Then there's the whole 2nd Hand Weed Smoke platform. Could you smoke it in public? You can barely smoke Cigarettes in public places.

If they do that, I'm going to develope a Fabic Freshener, like Febreeze for weed smokers.

California tried to pass it PROP 215 by saying you have to have a Doctors prescription to have possession and to grow it.......guess what so many people went to crooked DR's and got that prescription.

chronic is already legal in some states...such as CO...anyhoot i must admit the goverments weed is stonger....the medical weed that they prescribe is damn near a one hitter quitter...if that shiot was legal i think it would change things for the average pot head...i never believed weed to be addicting, however, i do believe niccas would be gone off of that leagl shiot..they should leave the weed growing to the experts...just think about...back in the day alcohol was illegal..moonshine never really killed anyone unless it was a bad batch...lol....now alcohol is one of the many addictions that unfortunatly as caused many deaths...everything the goverment touches turns in to bullshiot...just my opinion.

Ooooooooooooooo baby, I love this topic. Takes me back to my days in college. 
But I feel the rest of the ladys are right. If the Gov. gets there hands on things, weed is going to expensive and weak.

well since no one else will admit it , I am a regular weed smoker and I do believe it will eliminate the middle man if the leagalize it and it will empty alot of the non violent offenders from prision, it can also have a reverse effect on employment in prisions , the government makes money off if the prision industry so many peopkle would lose thier jobs if the leagalized it because alot of nonviolent offenders would be let out of the system.

what is it that makes someone become a "regular weed smoker"???
weed is kinda like a muscle relaxer, thats one of the reasons why it used for some terminally ill patients.
is it like being a "social drinker"?
for some people yes, some people only hit a joint erry now and then...maybe at a party or something. then you have those others who smoke erry day, morning noon and night..like cigarette smokers..
is the sensation/high similar to the sensation/high of drinking???
no......not in my opinion..alcohol is a depressant...mary jane will make you horny, give you the munchies, make you laugh, put yr ass to sleep and make you want her all over again..alcohol...drink too much of that shiot and yr calling earl, hugging the toliet and begging God to let you live to see another day while promising to never drink again..you can never smoke too much weed...lol neva
