I accept I am up for it.  I will get in 64 oz before I leave work at 5pm and the rest when i get home.  I am done with first half of vitamins will do the rest with dinner.  I will go to bed at 10:30pm tonight to get my eight hours in.

I accept the challenge.  I challenged myself to 64 oz of water yesterday but my body was begging for more so I ended up with 88 oz and still woke up this morning thirsty hmmmmmm.

Anywhoo, my doc cleared me to start Calcium and Hair/Nail vitamins yesterday.  So far, so good.  I've unfortunately worked with some osteopenic little ladies and it ain't cute.

Water - gonna do at least 80 ozs again (20 down so far)

Vit/meds - DONE

Sleep - got about 6 hours last night....that's the best I can do.

I love a challenge
*I've taken my morning vitamins: 1 a day multi-vitamin,
chocolate calcium, b-complex, 20 oz protein
*Working on water now.
*7 hours of sleep last night..... I normally get my 8 hours.

I can do this, I"ll take this as a personal challenge for myself.
New goal: 72 oz of water each day

I have been gettin in 40 ozs a water daily..I'm about to UP IT starting today...last night I went to bed at 8:30pm(and for me thats early)..I felt so rested this morning...

Thanks for the challenge..I need it! I'm reppin for the pre-op'ers!
