Stress free Tuesday!
How do you handle it?
In the past I would be upset for days...drink, smoke, eat to deal with stress. But now by the grace of God and prayers; I am finally at peace with life. I let the chips fall where they may; I blame no one else but myself for my actions.
So BAF let's release some stress today!! I know it's only Tuesday but if you want to rant, rave, act a fool; you can do it on this post!!!

No rants from me this morning....I'm in a happy place right now. I've decided to look at all the stressful things going on in my life in a whole new light:
* My house is just now being repaired from Hurricane Ike and I've got contractors in and out of my house every day of the week and my house is tore up but at least I have a home and I'm not living on the streets!
* My boss threw me under the bus yesterday because SHE dropped the ball on a project but I cleaned up her mess and kept it moving - at least I've got a job!
* My mom called me yesterday in a very "fussy" mood and I really wasn't trying to hear all that but I just let her vent - at least my mom is still on this earth!
* The heel of my favorite shoes broke but at least I have other shoes in my closet to wear!
* I've gained 25 pounds since my WLS but at least I'm not 295 anymore!
LIFE IS GOOD!!

BTW: I found some other protein that taste pretty good; and it's not as expensive! Body Fortress - Vanilla - it has 26 g of protein per scoop; and it's $12.00 for a tub of it at Walmart. That unjury is too doggone expensive.

I bought it in November and I STILL have a lot of it left, lol.
What is with all of this blasted snow and frigid temps in the north east? And closing NYC schools for a foot of snow is unheard of. It gotta be damn near to your hip for public schools to close.
Next yesterday was supposed to be my 1 month post op. Because of the weather, I called the office at 2:00 for my 3:00 appointment. The heffa says yes were seeing patients now. I get there an hour later drudging through the snow child in tow and low and behold, the f'n clinic is closed. Ooooh I just wanna
. Not to mention I'm being pay docked for the time that I left work early and I had some issues to speak with the surgeon about. Biotch.
