Greetings,
I had WLS on May 22, 2008.  I have lost 129lbs. so far but for the last month I have weighted in at 261.  I do not know what i am doing wrong.  I go to gym atleast 4 days a week I take my vatimens.   I am pretty sure I am getting all my protein in.  What do I do!!! I am getting really frustrated with myself.  I know this is natural but I want this stall to be over with.  I am not done losing weight.  Any suggestions would be great!

I hate stalls,  is there anything worse.   it sounds like your doing everything right, you just have to wait it out and maybe try to make small changes in your diet or workout.

I really hope it breaks soon.

I would try to switch my eating habits if I were you...Try different proteins, produce, and things like that...

Good luck.  I understand the frustration.  I just started losing again after a four week stall.  I was frustrated at first but then I realized that I have lost 62 pounds since October so my body is trying to catch up.

You will periodically experience stalls especially during your first year.  I always go back to basics having 2 protein shakes and then a healthy meal while changing up my exercise to break stalls.

Stalls are part of this journey.  Be patient and keep doing what you are doing.  The loss will kick back in.
