I don't know if I qualify for the protein train since I'm a newbie but as of yesterday I am able to add seafood, chicken, and turkey.  I'm not that hungry so I won't plan too much food:

B1: protein cocoa-26 g
B2: protein cooa-26g (after my firm workout...ouch)
Lunch:???32oz of water
Snack:????32 oz of water...lol
Dinner: 3oz of shrimp.  I tried tuna yesterday and my pouch didn't like it so it's shrimp for me: 21g

By the way, do we also watch the fat amount on the protein train because the pork rinds kinda scare me?

I didn't realize you were so new.....LOL

You don't have to worry about anything right now.  Concentrate on following your Nut's rules.  Your weight will be falling off regardless!

Keep in mind that what you can and can't tolerate changes a lot during this journey.
Try new things one at a time and journal what you eat so you can determine what food to watch out for.

Hopefully the tuna will be easier the next time.  Did you eat it plain or add something to it.  Plain is a little harder to go down.  You might wanna add a little bit of light mayo or something to it.

Good luck with the shrimp!

Thanks Kim.  Yeah I've been on the forum for what it seems to be forever but just actually had the surgery so everything is pretty new to me.  I think the protein train is a great idea that I'll utilize when I'm further out.

Maybe I'll add some mustard or something to the tuna next time.  I did buy some of the marinated tuna as well so maybe that will go down better than just plain dry tuna.

Hi Apple, Congratulations Newbie!    You are too new of the train ride (my personal opinion).   You seem to be doing great, therefore stick with your doctor's orders.  I tried tuna early out and it was really too dry for me.  I can tolerate almost anything now, if prepared correct.  There will be plenty other trains for you to ride...lol!  But, I won't hurt to follow us on this train to see  what not to do later.  Best wishes!
