Protein Train Riders...I don't know about you, but.....

I did really good yesterday with my eating and I drank 85 ozs. of water!!!!!    The workout room was locked last night so I didn't get a chance to get on the treadmill as planned  . 

My plan for today:

B - decaf coffee/insides of a breakfast taco from JIB again

L - grilled chicken ceasar salad (no croutons)

D - ??? (I'm making spaghetti and meatballs for the kids so I'll probably just have a couple of meatballs and drink a shake and call it a day)

Question:  is cottage cheese allowed?

I just looked it up on Daily Plate, cottage cheese has 3 g of carbs in a 1/2 cup serving.

I really love cottage cheese but I guess I'll hold off until after the PT ride is over. 

change in plan.....I just had 4 Lemon Pepper wings and I'm stuffed!!!!! 

Will do the chicken ceasar for dinner instead.

Still riding this train it was a bumpy ride but I made it.

B- Protein Shake

S- Decafe Coffee with splenda

S- 4 baked wingettes

L- Baked Chicken tenders with onion & mushrooms

S- Slim Fast Low Carb shake

D- Baked Chicken tenders with onion & mushrooms & cabbage

S- Pork Rinds

SF Koolaid and water all day long

I'm trying!!

B-protein shake & 3 strawberrys

L- homemade tortilla ( beef, sausage,tomato, chesse, tomato   sauce, sour cream)
 
Mid-S- grapes

D- fried green tomato and crab ( saw it on some cooking show)

S- protein shake

Hey Pearl,

You are doing good lady!

You are also pretty new, no need to stress over this Protein Train stuff yet.  Concentrate on following your Nut's rules for now.  There will be plenty of time for riding this train.  The weight will be falling off pretty steadily for you for awhile.
