Kim, I did not do too well, I grazed alot.  my goal is to stay under 1000 calories.  My carbs were way too high, working on doing better today.  I am posting what I ate(Embrassing - BUT I am here for support and to be accountable).    I was doing great when I went to bed, under 1000, then I could not sleep and started snacking.

It''s harder for me in the evening too!  Luckily I had the Cavs game to watch last night, so that kept my mind off food.  But when it  ended...let's just say that I had to go to bed and to sleep to keep from eating.  LOL

Kim, yep I know!  I am just so upset I explained to my honey that I am going on this special diet/protein train, starting Monday(yesterday).  

He is a chef, among other things......so why is it he is my worst enemy(not intentionally, he just likes to cook for me).  However, I have told him about 200 times to modify his recipes (low fat/fat free/sugar free etc).  Well he asked, me two times yesterday what I wanted for dinner.  I said, oh I will just have a piece of baked fish!!!!!!   Why did he come over and cook a huge pan of barbecue neck-bones, with sides.  I was so f***king mad.......the smell!  I was so mad at him, I didn't eat them, but ate so much other stuff on top of what I had already had out of frustration.  

Sunday was my birthday........one of the things he get me was this huge bag of goodies. Things he know I like and have seen me eating.  Trail mix(2 Big Wal-Mart Bags), hot tamales candy(4 Boxes), lemon heads(4 Boxes) oh, the large boxes.   My daugther........was falling out laughing at me. I told her to take this junk to school and share with your friends, (I did not what to pawn the calories off on her - cute and petite!)  THIS MAN loves me!  He loves me to dress up and sashay on his arm.  He thinks I am drop dead beautiful!  But, he is failing to realize that if he keeps derailing my journey(I am strong, I will not fail!) I will not be his dime piece for long....lol.

Why did my son's order me a huge SHEET cake!?  Then my friends......drag me out to dinner/drinks(I did great).  How much willpower do I have left? 

I so need this protein train challenge NOW......I have been failing for awhile and I will not continue to graze/snack. I have to stay in control,  I got this! Thanks!

Wow....that's a tough spot to be in.  And I really think they mean well, just don't know how to express the feelings in a healthy way.
Don't be hard on him...just try explaining it to him...let him know he will make you blow up (not in a good way) if he continues the sabotage.  That goes for the friends and family too.

Wonkad, dang, I didn't think my food diary  was up long enough for anyone to see......guess I will put it back(embarrassing).    From what I gather, I am craving baking powder because of a deficiency(I am guessing).  I know from previous lab work, I have had low iron/anemic and Vitamin D deficient.  I just want it!  It is high in sodium, soooo not good for your blood pressure.
 
The dietary supplement GNC(the one I actually used) did not have nutritional information. I substituted with something that was equal to the label/ingredients of what I used. I used this in my protein shake.  I take iron so I get really constipated.   

I use thedailyplate.com to record my food/exercise/water  intake.  

Although, I am not please with this, it is much better than what I have been doing lately.  Striving to do better today!

Girl, you had me thinking I was going crazy.  I saw Juanita's question about the baking powder and went back to look and the food diary was gone.  LMAO

LOL.....Kim, I do this all the time.  Start a post and delete it before I submit.  I will have to do better  I deleted it because I was toooo embrassed at all the stuff I ate.....oh well I will have to post for today, it will be an improvement!

Hey Kim

I stayed at home (in the bed) yesterday with a terrible migraine. I only drank protein shakes, water and took my vitamins. I really didn't feel like doing much.

Today is a new day, but I'm still on shakes, water and vitamins.
