Only you can get yourself to that point...all I can do is encourage you to NOT be so hard on yourself!  When you are ready...YOU WILL DO THIS!  You CAN do this!!!!!!

It's only difficult the first 3 days while your body is going through withdrawal.  After that, it's smooth sailing.   Try again.

I think I MIGHT have fallen off a little yesterday.

I did good all day until I had some white cheddar popcorn, it had 10g of carbs in it.

Today, I'm back at work and my menu is planned.

Early AM - Decaf Chai Tea with Vanilla Protein

B - Cheese Egg & Sausage Patty

L - Chicken Salad

D - Meatloaf & Spinach

Sticking to the protien wasnt the hard part for me, i think i grazed a lil bit...

I had tuna and tilapia mostly all day. I ate about 5 times....

I think i'll get some pork rinds today, they always fill me up if i dont drink behind them.
