Here's the plan for today:
B - cheese egg and bacon
L - turkey meatloaf
D - ????? haven't decided, but it will probably be some type of chicken and a small salad
S - protein bullets and pork rinds

I am not totally derailed....This day I will do better than yesterday. I understand what to expect later in the day. I did some adjusting yesterday because I saw my moments when I got hungry.
Ok here is the plan.
This morning I will have a protein bullet. 26g protein
2hrs later slimfast low carb 20g protein
2 hrs later 2 boiled eggs 14g protein
late lunch slimfast protein 20g plus 2 slices cheese 8g
dinner around 6pm... chicken drumettes
if I need something else it will be a protein drink or slimfast.
Lawd I was hungry yesterday....
at least 64oz water and 32 oz of sugar free fluids
I am thinking this will cover the periods that I want to eat better.
B - protein shake
B#2 - egg and cheese and bacon
L - turkey chili
S - 100 cal yogurt
D - chicken 'wangs' and spinach
Today is my lifting day - I have another shake I drink after my workout. Looking to break 80 oz on the water tho.
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
