im no longer a virgin to doing an hour on the eliptical..lol yall thought i was talking bout the other thing huh...well thats still in tact lol!!!

but seriously i was so happy when i completed the whole hr on their..I used to only be able to do 10 minutes and now im up to 60 minutes..I am so excited...

Congratulations!  I know the feeling.  A BAF member (Misha) inspired me to do an hr on the elliptical and I still thank her for that.

yeah i know u were glad..its funny cuz i set the time to 1hr but i kept telling myself i was gonna stop when i got too tired...but when i was getting really tired...i only had 8 minutes left so i said what the heck im gonna do it...
