Yeah I agree with you, I would have given him some Fish Hospice and while he's doing his thing in his own bowl, that would have gave you and or Grandma to explain what's going on with the fish.  She could have bonded with the rest of the school and may have stopped their "tizzy" when she's around.

I did the same thing...stealing from that scene from the Cosby show....but I did explain to my son beforehand that I was gonna flush the fish away so he wouldn't make the others get sick.

We tried to explain it to her honest. We thought she got it. But I think she didn't fully realize until she actually saw him flushed. Poor kid. I forget how little she is sometimes because of the mouth she has on her  Whew lord. I am getting it back big time with this one.
