I screwed up first thing

Breakfast Scramble eggs with american cheese bacon and 1 bites of a waffle

Snack Herbalife protein shake 9 grams protein (french vanilla)

Lunch will be better
Grilled shrimp and salad

Dinner grilled chicken salad

Snack herbalife French Vanillia shake

Running to get that dam Phenteramine pill fast

Thanks for reminding me about the allowable snack of pork rinds.
They keep me from wanting potato chips.  LOL
I haven't had any since my last PT ride.  Gotta get some when I get off work today!

L- Shrimp+ Veggie(?)
S- Yogurt
D- Baked Tilapia+Veggie

Water - 80 oz -  All  Vitamins -  No exercise today, sinus problems I feel bad/weak/headache.

BTW - be careful of the yogurt and the veggies, check for the amounts of carbs!

I was riding solo last week....glad to have some company now.

Breakfast - the insides of a Meaty Breakfast Burrito from Jack in the Box (eggs,sausage,ham,bacon and cheese); decaf coffee

Lunch - Grilled chicken and a small salad

Dinner - Rotissere chicken

Snacks - Pork rinds or a RTD Strawberry Protein shake

 - water, water, water and more water
 - morning vitamins have been taken
 - GOING TO DO AT LEAST 30 MINUTES ON THE TREADMILL TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!

yeah i started riding solo too last week... we were both on the train but musted have missed each other purple lol....

im off to the gym so i havent even thought about what to eat...probably chicken and fish.... and done pretty much skipped breakfast..woke up too late and gots to get to the gym before it gets crowded

of course my vitamins and goal of 64 oz water...yeah gonna pick up some pork rinds too :) havent had those since my last time on atkins back in the summer of last yr
