Good Morning Riders!

Did we get prepared and plan our meals for the journey?  I did!  I am so ready....my first ride in 2009!  LET'S DO THIS!

What's your plan for today?

 Early morning protein coffee

I will be having a sausage and cheese omlet for breakfast

grilled chicken salad for lunch

turkey meatloaf for dinner

snack will be a protein bullets...split in 1/2

all vitamins, 65 ozs of water, and some type of exercise when I get home!

I would start with you today...but I got a pot of neck bones and peas left over and I plan on finishing those suckas..LOL

I'm rolling!

Since the city is shut down due to snow, lol I'm home with the little one.

Protein Coffee right now

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Omelet for breakfast.

Chicken Salad for lunch

Tilapia for dinner.

Protein shakes for snacks if I can get it in.
