Thanks Lee! Thanks for having me bout to die AND the sweet words! I'm amazed when I look at those M&G pics. So far so good. But I couldn't have been so successful without these boards egging me on. Just like this thread, we gotta keep each other motivated.
I'm anxious to see how Telaya likes week 3. Hell lemme go look at week 4's run down.
Oh I finally got the kissmyazz girl's podcast on my Ipod. I liked it. I got to focus away from the timer.

Ok folks here goes.....it wasn't bad AT ALL!!!! I kind of messed up because my shoe came untied. I tried to pause it for a second to tie it, but ended up rewinding a little so I did an extra 90 second run and walk. The 3 minute intervals went by really fast I was surprised. Over the next couple of days I will increase the speed. I'm so excited y'all!!!!!

Well you know I just gotta be different so I'm on the Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday schedule. Plus I'm a week behind you guys, I'll be starting week two tomorrow. But I did hit up the gym and did my weight training circuit.
Somebody once told me if you do something for 17 days straight it becomes an inbred habit, so I hope that is true with me and the exercise. I will admit I feel so much better when I do get some exercise in.
I don't have any particular clothes I wanna get into, but I promised myself I wwouldn't step on the scale till my Bday on the 11th. I'm a few pounds from brekaing 300 lbs. The best gift I can give myself is to blow past the 300 lb mark.

Let me be honest with you all. Today was deffanitly not a good day at the gym for me. 1st I get on the scale and I weigh in at 261.2. I have been at this weight for the last month and I am really getting pi$$ed off. I do not know what I am going wrong. I would love to break into the 250's at some point. I am really irratated. Then I get ready to do my run and realize I did not down load week 3 pod cast, but acctualy had 2 week 1 and 1 week 2. So i dedide to maske the best of it. I ran for 3.5 min (a run and walk set combimed from the week 2 pod cast) and walk 3.5 mins. Well let me tell you that kicked my a$$. Maybe i was tryiong to do to much i dunno. I am getting ready to star my period my weight has stalled i didn't have the the right pod cast. I am so not thrilled with my self today. I think i am going to need a little mormotivation than usuall this week keep me in you thoughts.

Roxy it sounds like a sucky day but actually it was quite successful. You didn't have the right podcast but you did better than the scheduled one. For week 3 it was 3 minutes and you did 3 1/2 that is beyond awesome.
The scale is definatley a good way to **** up your day. Everytime I get on a scale it ruins my entire day and then I eat crap. I know it's hard to stay off the scale cause we want to know what we weigh so bad. That is why I am using the jeans method so that I don't drive myself crazy.
I was suppose to got on the scale yesterday but I decided not to because Becca begged me not to because it would screw up the great job i'm doing. I wish I was strong enough to never step on the scale again but I'm not.
Don't let that scale run you off Roxy, I know how you feel right now. Shoot if it were me I would be eating a sleeve of figs but that is why i'm not getting on the scale for a while.
