I saw that article and I think for right now I'm happy with my weight but that can and will change becuase as the article says that number is constantly moving. I'm healthy now but I'm like at minimum health. I do need to get my ass into the gym more but as of today Im enjoying the place and embracing the stage that I'm in right now. I realize this journey ain't never going to end and to try to rush stages or get "perfect" is either going to drive me crazy or lead me to an early grave.

congrats on accepting your weight as being your happy weight. i'm not to that point yet. hopefully when that 160 comes up on the scale i'll be content. we shall see...lol

I'm BONY lol I have NO fat anywhere but my stomach and since I'm not ready to get plastics yet no need to focus on that. I do need to tone up some but I'm not going to beat myself up over that. I'll get to it lol

I guess im just an oddball, because i could care less about my weight/size in clothes. Im happy feeling curvy and sexy...and numeric weight doesnt really matter to me. Theres fat sexy people and skinny sexy people. There are fat slobs and skinny wretched messes. What does a number have to do with esteem or appearance?
