here's the link:

after reading this, much of it made sense.  the one sentence i loved is this:

"
Love your body with acceptance, embracing every stage and weight of your body, recognizing that your real worth has nothing to do with a number on a scale. "  PRICELESS!!!

you think so Ro??  i personally think it's more than the number on the scale.  how many of us said if i reached so and so number on the scale, we'd be happy?  that number appears on the scale and we don't see it in the mirror.  we go for another number on the scale.  when does it end??

^5.  Even if you get the size/number you THEN trip on the asthetics..... I am STILL consumed with getting revision plastic surgery even though my size 10 pants fit just fine......

Yea - I saw that article.  To tell you the truth - I don't know that I will ever have a 'happy' weight.  I have a CONCESSION weight... LOL - that's where I am right now!!!  was 186 this morning - it will probably go up to 188 tomorrow - never over 190.  I would be HAPPY to be 170.........

am I willing to starve or whatever to get there?  Nope.
have I purchased clothes that fit my NOW body and make me look great?  YES
am I going to NOT eat this carmel apple empanada I JUST bought from Taco Bell cause I want to be 170 so bad?  hell to the MOFOIN NAW!!!! (said with a mouth full of empanada!!lol)
