Does exercise really help during that time of the month? My belly is extremely bloated every month-not to mention everytime I want to hit the club up! Anyway, it takes about two weeks for the bloating to go down and this is really ******g me off. I posted a question similar to this but I was reading up on exercise and a woman's cyclic time and its not concrete on whether or not it works. So from personal experience, has exercise helped u during that time to get rid of bloating?

Interesting question...I just don't exercise during that week because well, I just don't feel like it but if it would hep with the bloat I would def consider it.

I dont have a period anymore, but I still get all the symtom except for pain. I gain at least 8 lbs every month. This is what works really well for me. I drink plenty of water and I drink Cranberry Weightloss tea. A cup in the morning and a cup at night. Be close to the bathroom..you will be peeing but it really helps.

Can I get the Cranberry Weightloss tea from anywhere? I am desperate. I am gaining about 10 lbs during this period and by the time I lose it and feel good my cycle is coming right back around. Its interferring with my WL.

Wal-mart has it here in IL. I dont know about GA. When I lived in GA I got it from Kroger over by the pharmacy. It is made by the same people who makes smooth move tea.
