Yes, Ro is a grown woman, and my response was to her, regarding your dumb azz, so google what it means to be a middle man.  I was NOT acting as a middle man.  If you ******g read my response I was asking HER why she felt the need to explain it too YOU, not whether you were right or wrong.  Hell I didn't agree with her either!

And for the record,if it is sooo easy to eat right,then why are there posts on this very board where people complain about eating M and M's and gaining weight back,etc. And if so easy then why did YOU have bariatric surgery? Surely you could have just exercised and eaten healthy right? After all you know better and it is soooo easy.

I got WLS "just because" honestly...my company paid for it so I got it...and yes I could have easily eaten better just like I did when I was on food stamps

It irks me too Ro.  When I was in college (many years ago) I worked one summer at the Winn-Dixie and i was amazed (and appalled) at what was purchased by the people buying food at the beginning of the month with food stamps.  Huge baskets full of chips and ice cream and candy.  The only meat I ever saw any of them buy was hot dogs.  Not even the all beef type, but actual 75 cent Weenies and tons of hot dog buns.    I swear I am not making this up.  I was only 19 or so and even I knew that that was ridiculous.  And these were not just black people...the majority were white.  I grew up with some pretty bad eating black folks, but that bad eating was fried chicken, things with lots of butter and mashed potatoes and stuff like that.  It just really shocked me, especially given the fact that I totally think that people who get stamps *should* be able to buy treats for themselves and their kids...I mean everybody wants a little ice cream from time to time.    I just didn't understand the justification behind 5 -5 gallon containers of ice cream.  And it wasn't as though these people had big families even (you know everybody in a small town).  It appeared that these kids were having diets entirely comprised of snack foods.
