Goals!!!!
Good Morning...BAF!!!
What are your goals for today???? Weekends at times can be hard because I'm not following a routine like I do at work.
My goals are to get in at least 64oz of water....take all vitamins. I will get my exercise in by cleaning and washing clothes...yes that counts!!!! lol...
Spring will be here before we know it then summer lets do it!!!!

Hey Candace...Congrats on meeting your first mini goal...I do better when at work also...I do not have a water goal...I just drink as much as I can...I do take all of my meds and my vitamins...I am on hold for exercing because of an accident but I have a treadmill and tapes @ home that I will utilize...

My goal today is to watch my food intake because I do HORRIBLE at home if I'm not out and about and today is a YUCKY day here in Atlanta so I know I will be vegging out after I clean and wash. I am drinking my first 20 oz's of water now and hubby is cooking breakfast as we speak.
