Trust me I did the last supper thing TO DEATH!! But now looking back on it, it was so silly. All the stuff I gorged myself on I can have in moderation right now. Of course not as much at one time but it surprises me a lil taste of everything usually kills my cravings.

Yeah I was told that by another post opper but my mind can't seem to wrap its head around that. Maybe I will wait and just go next summer. You know I can't do NYC in the winter.

Honey let me tell you what I did...coming from a non-pillar of example...lol

I went from Mickey D's filet of fish and fries to taco bell spending a good 15 dollars a night up until the day I started my liquid diet! Female was going to Mickey D's order up some shiot then drive to Taco Bell hide the bag and order up a whole notha gang of shiot! I was a happy camper!

I didn't care what nobody said I got my eat on! And I have to say regardless of how wreckless I was I think my eating habits are on point.

I know I am a bad influence but I say **** it get yo eat on! *disclaimer* what worked for me might not work for you...LOL

LOL I feel so much better trying to get a plane ticket just to go and get some wings. But those wings was Delish!!! If you ever go to NY go to Dallas BBQ in midtown. I highly recommend.

Hi Andrea,

I did the same thing.  I was approved on February 6th and I ate everything that I could think of through February 12th.  I only had to do liquids one day prior to surgery. I did not have a particular craving, all I was craving was FOOD.  I felt like I was on death row or something...I wanted my "last meals."  I know I gained 3-4 pounds in those 6 days prior to surgery because I was seriously throwing down on food.  Now, I know that probably should have been getting my mindset right but I did not.  After surgery, my first two weeks nearly killed me because I wanted food and not those dayum liquids.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

I completely understand. I don't have to do the liquid diet before surgery and I almost cried tears of joy because I thought to myself more days I will have to myself to eat.  I am going to make an effort though to get in some good habits before surgery. I gave up soda already. I am getting in 64 oz's of water in daily. I am taking a multivitamin everyday. On Sunday I will start with eliminating chips and chocolate from diet and eating 3 meals a day. But I do have somethings that I want to eat one last time (in my mind anyway) before surgery.

just wanted to send you some .....i myself didn't go on a binge before surgery (probably because I had to fight so hard for it to be approved) but I can understand.  It'll probably be atleast a year before u could even attempt to try something like a BbQ chicken wing.

specialmsv.............

I keep pressing on....a lifetime of challenges...but still I rise!!!....Thank U God!!!

I know that is why I think I am craving it so much. In my head I feel like it could be a year or maybe even never before I could have those stickey wings. I mean the practical side of me is saying you may not even want it so it won't be a big deal but.....man those stickey wings.

I konw it's more fun to eat it in the city however remember there are not too many good famous eats that cannot be purchased on line & delivered to you in a flash :)  LOL  If you run out of time order a feast! Then loose the website.
