I do it on Mon, Wed, and Fri so my rest is built in.  LOL.    I will admit I ran with a swollen sore knee today when I should have rested. 

If my knee is like this Monday morning I will have to make the decision to stop the program or keep going, cause it's the same knee that I tore my ligament in a year ago.

Ok, can we say excited???? I completed week 2 earlier this evening!  This is the 3rd time that I've attempted this program and I have never made it this far!!!  I'm looking forward to week 3!!!  Rest your knee up this weekend Lee!!

OK,  We had some missing troops,  Roxy,  Mscleo.  You guys better not quit.  I'll come to your house pull you out the bed run with you then get in your bed all wet and sweaty and take a nap.  Do you want that?
