What is the difference between the duodedental switch and gastric bypass? Just curious. I had my surgery in April 2004. I fell off the program, but with support of forun I sttarted my program again. I wanted to know will the pouch work again, because I've been eating all the wrong foods, and gained 35 lbs.

If you go over to the DS forum and look through a couple of pages of comments I gauruntee that you will see that particular thread. It gets asked probably 5 times a week.
