How Do You Start Your Day?
I start my morning with 20 oz of water and then 4 oz salmon and 1 scrambled egg 30 min later...some say thats a gross combo but its the only way i can get in all my protein for the day because the breakfast gives me half my daily amount and keeps me full and energized for my mid morning workout

Usually a carbmasters yogurt and it only has 12 grams of protein so I've got to do better. Sometimes I'll add 2 pcs of turkey bacon but that only adds 4 more grams of protein.
I get in 52 ozs of water before lunch because I don't eat again until 1:30 or 2:30 depending on when I get off of work. I only work 3 days a week but I still do pretty much the same.
Some days I will do a protein shake or protein hot chocolate or add a scoop of vanilla protein to high protein oatmeal. The brand is Liv Active Oatmeal, I like the maple sugar and pecan. It is low sugar and high protein.
