Your protein drink sounds good. I will give it a try. The protein makes me puke. I have been adding it to my coffee and cream of wheat.

I start my morning with 20 oz of water and then 4 oz salmon and 1 scrambled egg 30 min later...some say thats a gross combo but its the only way i can get in all my protein for the day because the breakfast gives me half my daily amount and keeps me full and energized for my mid morning workout

season it with lemon and pepper add a lil olive oil in a pan and then just pan fry it...

Usually a carbmasters yogurt and it only has 12 grams of protein so I've got to do better. Sometimes I'll add 2 pcs of turkey bacon but that only adds 4 more grams of protein.

I get in 52 ozs of water before lunch because I don't eat again until 1:30 or 2:30 depending on when I get off of work. I only work 3 days a week but I still do pretty much the same.

Some days I will do a protein shake or protein hot chocolate or add a scoop of vanilla protein to high protein oatmeal. The brand is Liv Active Oatmeal, I like the maple sugar and pecan. It is low sugar and high protein.
