How Do You Start Your Day?
This is a good post. I don't think I have started a day out right yet. I have absolutely no appetite until around lunch time. I usually just start my day with water. I will be trying to add a protein shake in the mornings after my workout. I still have trouble tolerating protein shakes though, I've been using the RTD ones, thats all I can stand. I'm sure I asked you this before but I have forgotten, how much pudding mix are you using in your protein shakes.
Protein Coffee and vits.
I haven't been having much of an appetite lately, go figure that. I have to force myself to eat and the taste is horrible. Food just is not appealling right now. So I keep 8 oz protein drinks in my drawer to at least get my protein in. Then I make sure to drink protein after I work out.
