Good Morning BAF! I need somebody to slap me!!
I have been a very very bad girl. I have totally fallen off the exercise wagon. I don't know what the hell is up with my lazy butt? I need to get it together. I weighed in this morning and I'm still at 209.4. I know exercise is the ticket to me getting these remaining pounds off. I've lost 44% of my EWL which is good but I want to be in a bikini by summer lol. After walking my tail off this past weekend with the sightseeing tour I weighed in the next day and I had lost 2 lbs!!! You would think that would have motivated me......but no lol. I bring my gym bag with me everyday and that thing is STILL in my trunk. I can't even remember what dayum outfit is in there!!!! lol

Yo.....you are so right!!! Let me bookmark this page. I sit and plan these dayum menus and change stuff around so I can have the perfect amount of carbs and protien, track in in dailyplate erryday, search the Internet for new recipes to try.
