I am thankful for every part of my life - it's ALL good in my hood, baby!!!!!!

Nobody in my family is sick
Everybody's bills are paid
My babygirl is happy - her smile lights up my heart
Work is going... at least they let me know they NEED a sista so I am not fearful of being laid off
**Forrest Gump voice** that's all I have to say about that

Life is GOOD - I won't complain - I'm too BLESSED to be STRESSED!!!!!!!

or as I used to say..... I am ANOINTED - not DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I am so thankful I woke up today.  I am also working on this new lifestyle of not complaining because this to shall pass is my new saying. All praise be to God for the peace he has granted me.  I plan on starting today taking full advantage of all the mercy and grace God has given me.  I really have no reason to complain.  I am well feed, clothed, and sheltered.   Thanks for this post.

Thanks D, you are so correct and often times I sit back and just ponder on how thankful I am.  He's brought me a LONG way for sure and I give him the praise.  It seem like yesterday that I stepped off the Greyhound bus in Minneapolis with $10 and a bag of dirty clothes.  He's blessed me beyond belief and has carried me thus far.
