WHAT EXERSICES ARE YOU DOING TO TONE UP & GET IN SHAPE?

THANKS TO MACK MAMA...IM A GYM WARRIOR..I GO HARD ALL THE TIME.

30 MINUTES ON PRECORE ELLIPTICAL - 230 CALORIES
RUN 5 TIMES AROUND BASKETBALL COURT FULL-SPEED WITH BASKETBALL
20 MINUTE BIKE -

WORK OUT ON MEN SIDE

SIDE CRUNCHES
SWATTS--WANT A BOOTY
AND JUST TRY STUFF...DAMN NEAR GOT STUCK ON THE SQUAT MACHINE...DIDNT KNOW HOW TO LOCK IT BACK...ONLY GIRL OVER THERE IM LIKE...OOOOOOOOHHHHHHH...HELP PLEASE..CUTE GUY HELPED ME..NO SAVED ME!

I WEAR A SAUNA SUIT TOO HELP ME SWEAT...I BE DRENCH WHEN I LEAVE GYM..EXCESS WATER WEIGHT.

i was doing weights but i noticed that i was eating more the days when i did weights so im doing straight cardio now... 40 min on eliptical...working my way up to an hour...and i do 20-30 min on treadmill...right now im at 3.5mi/hr hoping to get to 4 but i got short legs...i alternate my walking and running on the treadmil..i try to do body pull ups...i only can do 7 but hopefully i will improve that as the weight comes off...and tomorrow im going to go to the high school football stadium and try to run 1/4 of a mile without stopping...hmmm we will see how that goes

and i need a booty so tell me more about the exersice that helps with that

Good Morning,

I wanted to say the reason you were eating more is your body was burning more calories.  you burn so much more with weights than you ever will with cardio.  The key is to drink through out the workout and to have protein immediately after the workout.  also a fibrous fruit the best best best suggestion is an apple but I hate apples so I eat pears mostly.  I hope you will give it another try.  i couldn't live without weight training.

I will get back to weights soon but when i said i was eating more i mean picking unhealthy choices....i think i wasnt doing something right because i wasnt even breaking a sweat so i left the gym feeling like i didnt get anything accomplish...when i do cardio i sweat and i see how many cals i burn and then it keeps me on track with my eating....wierd huh?? But yeah i know i need to do weights because it helps burn ca while you sleep too i just need to figure out a program on doing it and getting the mot out of it

Good Morning

I primarily do weight training.  i consider myself a weightlifter now since I have all but cut any unnecessary cardio out.  I hate cardio and I have to ride a bike about 8 miles 5 times a week anyway.  So shoot me I only do the cardio at the gym when I really have extra energy.

I do a 4 day cycle of:

legs
back and bicep
chest and tricep
shoulders

I workout nearly everyday.  Sometimes life comes along and prevents a workout but, I usually find a way.  Now what is a sauna suit?

  Alright!!!!  Gym rats...... UNITE!!!!!!  LOL

I am so glad and PROUD to see you are getting your gym on!!!!!  Great workouts - keep it up!!!!

Ummm , excuse me while I   at that squat machine incident - that shiot was funny!!!!!

Those squats are the real deal!!!!!!  be sure you do something for hamstrings.  the squats will build your quads, but you don't want a weak back of the leg! lol that wouldn't be balanced.

Don't forge****er, protein and calories! you should eat at least an extra snack on your workout days to make sure you are feeding your body enough for what you're burning. 

And remember the motto - GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!!!!!!!!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
